What documents do I need for registration?

To register, you will be asked to fill out the registration form. We do not need any further documents from you.
I registered online? What will be the next step?

We will contact you as soon as possible and inform you about the next steps.
Can I join an ongoing course?

You can also join an ongoing course if it is suitable for your level.
Can I change the time of my courses afterwards?

If you inform us in advance, we will try to help you. If there are vacancies in other courses, you may be able to change courses.
Can I pay by credit card or in installments?

Yes, that is possible. All payment options can be found on our registration page.
For your information: Installment payments are currently only possible in Turkey.
Can I pay for the German course on the first day of the course?

You must pay your course fee upon reservation so that we can ensure your attendance and schedule the courses accordingly. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this.
What happens if I cannot take part in the online German courses?

You can cancel your course up to 14 days before the course starts by email. We will then reimburse you for 80% of the course fees. After that, any form of cancellation, postponement or reimbursement is excluded.
Who will be my teacher?

Our teachers are very well qualified, trained and have a command of the German language at native speaker level. They will support you with their know-how throughout the course.
Which books do we use in the online German courses?

We work with different textbooks. You don't need to buy any books for our online courses. Appropriate course notes will be sent to you by your teachers at the end of each lesson.
What if I'm sick and can't come to the scheduled lesson?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend class and we will try to reschedule the class.
What program is taught? What kind of technical equipment do I need?

To take part in the lessons, you need a good internet connection and a Zoom account (Zoom App + Registration link).
You can then take part in the lesson with your computer or tablet.
Do I need to buy course materials?

No, you don't need to buy any materials. Your teacher will provide you with the materials you need online.
